SCOTT NEWSOM
May 29, 1993 - March 6, 2013
We were so very blessed to have had Scott with us for almost 20 years. We who are left will carry on as best we can, but will forever miss his powerful but gentle bear hugs, warmth, compassion, and kindness, gentle spirit, brilliant writing, fair-mindedness, stunning intelligence, and unique wit. Some of Scott's favourite verses: "If mercy falls upon the broken and the poor, Dear Father, I will see you, there on distant shores" (Five Iron Frenzy "On Distant Shores") "He heals the broken hearted and binds up their wounds. He determines the number of the stars and calls them each by name." Psalm 147:3-4.
Scott, your family loves you and misses you so much,
and we look forward to your hugs in Heaven.
